The Centre for Accessible Learning (CAL)
The Centre for Accessible Learning (CAL) is part of Camosun’s Student Affairs unit. CAL coordinates academic accommodations and provides related programs and services to students with documented disabilities.
Students who are planning to register for CAL are requested to do so several weeks prior to the start of the Fall semester, in order to begin the intake and planning process.

The Canadian Nurses Foundation
The Canadian Nurses Foundation has many bursaries available. The application process opens in January. https://cnf-fiic.ca/scholarships/
BC Nurses’ Union

Saanich Peninsula Hospital Auxiliary
Awards two bursaries of $2,500 each to qualifying students. You must submit a complete application package by September 15, 2025 to be considered.

The decision as to who will be this year’s recipient(s) will be made by the end of November, and all applicants will be notified of the decision shortly thereafter. The award(s) will be presented to the recipient(s) in December, at the Auxiliary Luncheon, if possible.
